Syria: Being friendly has been a challenge the last few days.

I can’t. I just can’t do it anymore. I’ve spent  the last few days frantically NOT writing about tihs topic, but it is eating me from the inside.

I am of course speaking of the Syria gas attack of a few days ago. There’s not much that I can add to the discussion of course, after all, I am just a single bloke sitting behind his keyboard. So consider this post some therapy or something. I just have to get this out of my system.
Of course, everybody is blaming everyone else. The attack was done in a region controlled by rebels, so it is obvious to point at Assad. But it is just as obvious that those on Assads’ side point at the rebels, saying they did it themselves to get the world to intervene at their behalve.

*Sigh*

What has this world become..? Seriously, back in 1914-1918 the use of gas on the battlefield was a novelty. But didn’t we learn our lessons already back then? Nope, of course not. Because humans are clever, but humanity as a whole is pretty dumb.

Less Friendly…

So here I am. Claiming to be the Frindividual. Free, yes… I am still free to form my own opinion. An individual? Yes, I am still an individual. But friendly…? Not really. Right now, I just feel like getting a baseball bat out and head to Syria to start smashing some faces. Just the leaders of the fighting parties. And if that doesn’t solve it, their numbers two. All the way down the hierarchy, untill people finally get it that violence isn’t the answer to our conflicts.

oh…
